Our raft float trips feature the most beautiful stretch of the river. You can relax as you glide past caves and towering rock bluffs (including Vilander Bluff - the highest on the Meramec). Abundant wildlife roam the banks of the Upper Meramec, including wild turkey, deer and blue heron. Bald Eagles winter here, and are quite common. The sight of these majestic birds make it well worth your while to bundle up and take an off-season raft float trip. Great fishing and swimming holes and gravel beaches abound.
